It is the Steadfast Fitness and Performance mission to create an engaging, positive and energetic environment from which a steadfast dedication to health, fitness and performance will translate over into all aspects of life.

The Steadfast FP Front Office Coordinator will be an upbeat self-starter with positive energy, creativity and organization skills. This position plays an integral role in managing class/client schedules, administrative emails, the telephones and the CRM.


Qualifications:
Roles and Responsibilities
Consistently demonstrates Steadfast FP's mission, core values, and policies.

Facilitating clients through the check-in and check-out process.

Assists new and prospective clients with assessment scheduling

Actively fills trainer schedules according to availability and skillset

Manages CRM, updating, adding and report pulling

Participation in team/staff meetings.

Responsible for collecting payments

Maintaining/following -up with referrals, reaching out to our client base and returning voicemail throughout the day

Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as directed


Experience:
Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

High School Diploma

Experience with CRM systems

Verbal and written communications
