The Steadfast FP Front Office Coordinator will be an upbeat self-starter with positive energy, creativity and organization skills. This position plays an integral role in managing class/client schedules, administrative emails, the telephones and the CRM.


Qualifications:
Roles and ResponsibilitiesConsistently demonstrates Steadfast FPs mission, core values, and policies.
Facilitating clients through the check-in and check-out process.

Assists new and prospective clients with assessment schedulingActively fills trainer schedules according to availability and skillsetManages CRM, updating, adding and report pullingParticipation in team/staff meetings.

Responsible for collecting paymentsMaintaining/following -up with referrals, reaching out to our client base and returning voicemail throughout the dayPerforms other duties consistent with purpose of job as directedExperience:Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteHigh School DiplomaExperience with CRM systemsVerbal and written communicationsCompany Description Steadfast Fitness and Performance is your one stop shop for everything family fitness.
