Job Title: Revenue Cycle Applications Manager

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Within Florida with travel to Clearwater, FL)

Job Type: Contract

Duties and Responsibilities

· Overseeing the installation, configuration, loading data, maintenance and support, tuning and upgrading of the Information Services applications defined to be within the scope of his/her area.

· Responsible for identifying the software that will best fit the business-specific needs.

· Assisting the Director with strategic planning

· Developing and monitoring policies and procedures in the use and maintenance of each application.

· May also be responsible for training and communications for software applications.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

· 2 years in a leadership role is defined to include BayCare leadership development classes, project leadership, mentoring or team member development

· Required - 5 years - Information Technology; Or - 8 years - Related experience in place of Bachelors

· Preferred experience includes IT revenue cycle and patient account experience

· Preferred experience with Cerner and Soarian
