We are searching for a Senior DWP Endpoint Management Operations Engineer to join our Infrastructure and Operations team. What's Waiting for You:

This role involves ensuring efficient operational support for endpoint management and application deployments globally. You will handle device management tasks such as software packaging, OS deployment, patch management, and security compliance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and driving process improvements to align with our IT strategy will be key. Reporting to the DWP Infrastructure Operations Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Administering SCCM automated software delivery and desktop image deployment
• Deploying Windows, patching, and software deployment to Windows devices
• Creating and maintaining documentation of infrastructure and SCCM changes
• Monitoring and supporting server performance and security
• Documenting procedures and guidelines
• Troubleshooting client workstation systems
• Developing support processes and knowledge articles
• Collaborating with product teams for compliance
• Ensuring endpoint device compliance and reporting
• Supporting Service Desk and User Services technicians
• Participating in process mapping and improving management processes
• Deploying Intune configurations and supporting Windows Autopilot
• Resolving system problems and developing security baselines
• Reporting on device compliance, patch management, and software inventory
• Planning and deploying device patching with minimum service disruption
• Developing scripts for automation and vulnerability mitigation
• DaaS Engineering and service delivery

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with SCCM and end-user device support
• Expertise in governance, security, and risk management
• Lean and agile mindset
• Intune experience and software packaging skills
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent
