• Must have a valid, insurable Florida Driver's License
• Proficiently plan and manage labor, tools, equipment and hardware requirements necessary per the Installation Schedule for the upcoming work week
• Ability to professionally communicate with customers, office and shop personnel and insure Installation checklist is completed for all applicable jobs
• Daily update of network computer system to reflect job installation status
• Represent the Company in a professional manner and _always_ _set a leadership example_
• Quality conscious and responsible about the use of Company and the customer's property
• Ability to travel and work overtime as necessary to complete installations
• Immediately Advises management of personnel issues or concerns regarding production, safety, moral, rate increases or disciplinary actions
• Proficiently plan and manage labor, tools, equipment, and hardware requirements necessary per the Installation Schedule for the upcoming work week
• Ability to professionally communicate with customers, office and shop personnel and ensure Installation checklist is completed for all applicable jobs.
• Daily update of work completed and check in by 2pm every day.
• Excellent communicator, assertive problemsolver and actionoriented team player.
• Work with the Management Team to keep installations on schedule and within the hours allotted.
• Manages/ Identifies with Lead Installer, regarding quality or a schedule concerns before they impact the client.
• Proficient use of boom, telehandler and forklift
• A critical aspect of this role is to confirm install was performed correctly and according to drawings along with the vital role of correcting work that was not performed up to Company Standards.
• Maintains a high standard of quality & ensures inspection of finished product, confirms measurements, product finish quality and perform cleaning tasks prior to installation.
• Arrive to work 10 minutes at least before start time.
• Attendance close to 100% and a minimum of the night prior if calling out.
