Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

Possess a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Possess and maintain a valid Driver License.
Have considerable experience and knowledge of event services, booking, concessions, and public safety.
Have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with event promoters and producers, employees, public officials, community leaders, and the general public.
Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
Have considerable experience training and supervising personnel staff.
Have the ability to enforce rules and regulations with tact, firmness and impartiality.
Have the ability to work a flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Desirable Qualifications

Preferred applicants:

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, with one year experience.
Have basic knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of public relations work and marketing of events.
