    The PMO Analyst will specifically be responsible for project reporting (weekly, monthly, annually), project management support, meeting facilitation, BTT personnel support (onboarding, offboarding, badging issues, etc.), maintenance and refreshes of internal documentation (risks, metrics, rosters, organizational charts, templates, etc.), on-time deliverable development, and ad-hoc requests from the client and/or project leadership.

    This role is highly visible to the project and client as it requires frequent client interactions and document development for executive level stakeholders.

    It requires a high level of detail and ability to coordinate and collaborate across a 35-40 person project with 8 workstreams.

    With the Business Process & Policy work, this individual will be responsible for supporting the development of process maps, process documentation, job aids, reference guides, formal communication, and presentation materials.

    The Project Management Office team is responsible for supporting BTT, which offers program support to the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Office of Finance, Budget, Acquisitions, and Planning (OFBAP) in many areas including automation, communications, talent management, training, business process and policy, continuity of operations, and strategic planning.

    In addition, attending and supporting the facilitation of client discussions for automated tools the team manages.
