Schedule, Benefits, & Compensation:
- Location: Onsite in Washington, DC
- First shift, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
- Image/reimage of PCs/laptops
- Update PCs/laptops when a new image has been created
- Assign customers government assets using the Cherwell database
- Encrypt flash/hard drives
- Format regular flash drives, creating excel sheets for old/damaged/outdated assets
- Utilize AirWatch to manage the Mobile devices (iPad & iPhone)
- Creating admin passwords for the encrypted drives
- Test keyboards, printers, and scanners
- Remove hard drives from old/broken laptops that are being destroyed & are securely put into a bin for electronic disposal
- Provide end user support and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues
- Keep account on the stock of equipment, review and clean returned equipment considered usable for redistribution
- Keep spreadsheet tracking all new rollout of new image to ensure smooth transition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role providing IT support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency with imaging software and tools (e.g., SCCM, Ghost).
- Strong knowledge of user administration processes and best practices.
- Experience with hardware replacement and repair, including hard drives, memory, and peripherals.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical users.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
