TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a
Technical Support Specialist
to provide support to a Naval Program Office.

Responsibilities**:

We have immediate openings for Technical Support Specialists supporting Information Technology systems for customers at the Naval Sea Systems Command located at the Washington Navy Yard.

Technical Support Specialists will support a large customer organization for ordering, issuing, maintaining, and help desk for IT assets.

Qualifications:

High School degree.
Experience with US Navy programs or operations is preferred.
Navy CyberSecurity Workforce Qualification is desired.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to 1⁄2 mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
