TMB, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a
Humnan Capital Management Analyst **to provide support to a Naval Program Office.

Responsibilities:

We have immediate openings for Human Capital Management Analysts with a minimum of 3 years experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis.

The positions will be supporting customers at the Naval Sea Systems Command at the Washington Navy Yard.

Qualifications:

High School degree.
Experience with US Navy programs or operations is preferred.
Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to 1⁄2 mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
