As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, evaluation, and operations of projects or programs within the organization.
Additionally, the Administrative Support Specialist provides essential administrative support to both Project Managers and Program Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of daily work activities and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project and program management teams to develop and refine procedures and evaluation methods.
Collect, compile, and analyze project data and metrics to support decision-making processes.
Assist in the creation and dissemination of reports detailing project status, progress, and outcomes.
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Program Managers, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing correspondence.
Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project coordination.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be willing to obtain a public trust clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
