About this Role:


As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of client projects by overseeing the delivery of customer requirements within time and budget constraints.

This position requires a deep understanding of a client's business needs, as well as the ability to recommend and implement appropriate solutions.

Program Managers utilize extensive consulting skills and Customer Relationship Management knowledge to analyze client business objectives and processes, ultimately formulating and presenting solutions with the support of technical or professional services teams.

A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in a relevant field are required for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee client projects to ensure successful delivery of customer requirements within specified time and budget constraints.


Assess client business needs and requirements, utilizing consulting skills and Customer Relationship Management knowledge to identify and recommend appropriate solutions.

Collaborate with technical or professional services teams to develop and implement solutions aligned with client objectives and processes.


Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and effectively communicating project status, risks, and recommendations.

Proactively identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and driving accountability for project deliverables.

Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Project Management, or Information Technology.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, or a related field.


Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management and consulting skills, with a proven ability to analyze client business needs and recommend solutions.


Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects within specified time and budget constraints.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and project teams at all levels of the organization.

Leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.

Proven ability to navigate and resolve complex problems and conflicts, driving toward successful project outcomes.

Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are preferred but not required.

Must be willing to obtain a public trust clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen
