Hill Associates Corporation is seeking an
IT Management Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in a large Washington, D.C.
We are looking for a Resource Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our client's daily requirements.
- The IT Management Support Specialist responsibilities include a variety of ad hoc assistance including, administrative support, resource management, budget support, and other workforce or front office work assignments, as needed. This work will be prioritized by the Task Manager, balancing other Task Order needs. To be successful in this role, you should be wellorganized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our client's daily operations by providing personalized and timely support to the executive member.
What You Will be Doing:
- Providing limited, internal budget tracking and support
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the front office
- Scheduling meetings, providing logĂstical support, and supporting visitors as needed
- Supporting the completion of operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Tracking the status of key organizational deliverables and communicating BCIO priorities to organizational leadership
- Providing information by answering questions and requests

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of IT Management support experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Acrobat
