    Job Description

    Our client is looking for a Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a direct hire position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The company offers an excellent benefits package.

    Responsibilities:

    • Processing bi-weekly payroll.
    • Updating employee payroll records.
    • Performing the monthly reconciliation of the payroll bank statement.
    • Payroll related reporting requirements.
    • Inputting vendor invoices into the accounting database.
    • Assist in processing weekly checks for accounts payable.
    • Track outstanding lien waivers and communication with Trade Partners.
    • Maintaining the real estate tax schedule for payment of taxes.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of two years of previous experience in payroll administration is required.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong analytical and mathematical skills
    • Experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
