Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewardingLead a team of account management professionals, responsible for maintaining and driving gross margin growth on existing enterprise accounts, renewing contracts, developing relationships internally and externally with senior leaders, developing and driving client strategy resulting in an excellent customer experience and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to achieve team and individual account customer experience goals, loyalty and commitment to the organizationBuild and manage relationships with internal customers, which lead to increased collaboration and growth on enterprise accountsRepresent the organization in a variety of professional settings to promote the value of the company brandDevelop strategic/consultative partnerships at client's executive levelProvide an executive presence on site visits, internal/external quarterly business reviewsProvide consultation and guidance for team on monthly ledger read outs and daily performance to ensure team is consistently achieving financial goalsProvide consultation and support to team on developing and executing successful Client Development plansSupport creation and execution of a vision and strategy for the team that motivates them to actionSupport the creation and execution of an overall ECS communication plan.
Ability to lead a team and effectively guide each individual's personal developmentAbility to hold yourself and your team accountable to meet commitments and see resultsAbility to handle conflict situations and resolve issues timely and effectivelyAbility to influence key stakeholders both internally and externallyStrong account management, listening, analytical and negotiation skillsStrong presentation skillsProven track record of driving results and team engagementProven track record of developing talentPrioritization skills with the ability to handle various customers demanding your timeEstimated up to 50% travel - to include client, industry, and our external officesEducation and Year of Experience:Bachelor's degree required5 to 10 years related experience in sales and account management with sales component in staffing or healthcare related field5 to 10 years of people leadership experiencePreferred:Staffing experienceWe believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S.
geographic markets.For this position, we offer a pay range of $160,000$280,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses.
Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
