    Description
    Ideal candidate is will participate in the quality continuous improvement, manage sales department budgets/policy and day to day operating procedures

    What you will be doing:

    Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve plant revenue goalsPlan and assign daily workload to sales teamInterview, hire and train sales teamEvaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedbackProvide guidance to sales team in their assigned dutiesRespond to escalated customer complaints in a timely mannerDevelop new sales techniques for business growth and profitabilityIdentify, develop and grow customer accounts in the designated regionWork to ensure that any customer issues are addressed and that organization receives accurate communication of customer needs or issues and prompt paymentOversee local and regional sales, promotions and campaignsPlan and directing the hiring and training of sales teamDirect and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionallyPrepare sales budgets and projections and approving expendituresTrack and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metricsHandle and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or serviceWhat we are looking for:Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or similar disciplineBachelor's degree preferredStrong communications, analytical and computer skills are a requirementSuccessful customer-facing experience in sales (and, ideally, marketing) situations is a requirementAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
