We want our new hire to hit the ground running so experience in the pool, plumbing, construction, or landscaping business is a must.
Tribal Water has been a Premier Pool Builder in Arizona and is continuously growing. Tribal Waters constructs both residential and commercial swimming pools along with pools remodels, splash pads, landscape, hardscape.Position Overview:
Based in the Phoenix office, this position is for a Residential Sales Manager to handle and manage sales activities of the organization.
You will motivate, train, and support the sales staff while working closely with the office staff to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Potential for growth and ownership opportunity.- Provides input and implements annual sales plan, including sales strategy, to maximize return and to meet the territory's sales quotas.
- Prepares monthly progress reports, monthly itinerary, sales meetings, etc.
- Analyzes market trends and sales data to assist in sales promotions for present and future business.
- Responsible for the training of sales representatives.
- Advises sales staff concerning sales and advertising techniques.
- Develops sales campaigns to achieve goals of company.
- Represents Company at trade shows and association meetings to promote product.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer requirements, volume potential, competitive pricing.
- May work with other managers or owners to plan sales promotions, set sales goals, and train staff
- Coordinates between customer service, technical service, engineering and other departments as appropriate.
Experience/Qualifications:
A sustained level of sales achievement, a knowledge of swimming pool equipment, and complete knowledge of the organizations policies and products.
