Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Phone Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
As a Phone Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the phone sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving the overall sales performance of the company through effective phone sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the phone sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Train and mentor sales team members on best practices for phone sales.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry developments and competitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pest control sales, preferably as a manager or team leader focused on phone sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PestPac software and VoIP telephone systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to challenges.
- At least 3 years of experience in the pest control industry

Up to $100,000.00 per year
