Description
Overview
Bowhead is looking for a Senior Program Management Analystto support the PMA 268 contract (Proposal) at Patuxent River, MD
Responsibilities
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Qualifications
Required: MA/MS degree.
Required: ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
At least three (3) years experience working in, adjacent to, or in direct support of Special Access Programs; at least three years experience in Microsoft Office, including setting up Teams meetings, administering team groups, chats and calls, experience with Microsoft Power Automate; experience in program offices that are responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple programs of record; experience in program offices responsible for ship integration and installations and early program lifecycle support.
Allowable Substitutions:Bachelors degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a masters degree. ORAssociate degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree. ORSix (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a masters degree.
Must be able to process a variety of information, evaluate costs and benefits, and solve complex problems.
Must posess communication skills, math skills, writing skills and be detail oriented.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 5 to 10 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
