General Duties:


Business Process Improvement and Organizational Assessment

  • Collaborate with government lead staff to develop strategic plan for process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with administrative staff to conduct process improvement and identify new opportunities for organizational and cultural change process.

Communication

  • Create and distribute expert communications, outreach, and support for external customers via paper and/or automation.

Program Planning and Management Services

  • Meet with senior staff to identify needs and give solution recommendations and well as discuss best methods for impactful improvements.
  • This may include, but not be limited to program planning, development and evaluation, project management assistance, tracking and monitoring support, coordination activities, and survey services as needed.

Standard of Procedure Development, Revisions, and Implementation

  • Work in collaboration with senior staff to establish or redefine various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Examine current SOPs and provide recommendations and revisions for process improvements
    .

System Integration Work

  • Assist with administrative improvements and workflow automation with focus on a singular key improvement.

Other

  • Provide back up for typical government platforms such as ITAS and CGE, as needed.
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the work performed within the organization.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the program office and administrative offices outside of the organization.
  • Answer questions concerning policies and procedures related to support of office services, requests, and shifts in priorities and commitments.

Qualifications:


  • Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, SharePoint Design, and the development of data dashboards and related tools.
  • Vast understanding of human resources modeling, forecasting needs analysis, succession planning, and the ability to put each into action.
  • Experience with workforce planning and development.
  • Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with organization and diagnosis and intervention techniques.

Required Education and Experience:


  • A minimum of five years of proven work experience as a Management Analyst or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise with data analysis software
