Parker Tide is a veteran-owned, small business in DC. We serve as a value-added partner to the government. We are currently seeking a Management Analyst (Level 3) to work with one of our Bethesda clients.


Period of Performance:
One year with option for additional years.


Place of Performance:
Remote (occasional on-site visits may be required).


Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience


Degree:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Master of Science preferred).


Salary:
Depends on experience.


Duties:

• Support typical government platforms such as ITAS and CGE.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop a Strategic Plan for process improvements in collaboration with government lead staff.
• Provide expert communication, outreach, and support for external customers/users.
• Deliver communication materials via paper or automation.
• Meet with senior staff to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Perform program planning, development, evaluation, and coordination activities.
• Provide project management support, tracking, monitoring, and survey services as needed.
• Work with senior staff to establish or redefine SOPs.
• Evaluate current SOPs and recommend revisions for process improvements.
• Assist with administrative improvements and workflow automation.
• Develop templates for HR actions and create job aids.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of SharePoint, SharePoint Design and development of Dashboards and related tools.
• Experience with workforce planning and development.
• Experience in business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with organization and diagnosis and intervention techniques.
• Experience with human resources modeling, forecasting needs analysis, and succession planning.
• Should have experience in the federal government, specifically the NIH.
• Prefer to have some Project Management experience.
• Prefer to have experience in Program Analysis
• Must have strong communication skills.
