- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and managing paperwork.

- Collaborate with other unit support assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, contributing to a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Documentation: Enter and maintain accurate information in electronic health records and other documentation systems.
- Prepare and organize patient charts, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Compliance: USAs are responsible for ensuring compliance with CA DPH regulations and adhering to the rules and regulations of the assigned hospitals and/or clinics. This encompasses maintaining licensures, participating in required trainings, and overseeing tasks such as retrieving medical records to uphold regulatory standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Medical Assisting or CNA experience preferred.
- Current CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
- Must have proof of MMR, Varicella vaccinations or titers.
- Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past 12 Months.
- Current Annual Health Clearance.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
