I thrive everyday to expand my knowledge in my profession as Certified Pharmacy Technician, to be able to provide all my patients with the upmost care. Throughout the years I have been fortunate enough to work along side some of the best MDs and Pharmacist that have guided me in my career and have shared their knowledge and experiences of what it truly means and the importance of the care we provide day to day for all of our patients. I have always loved caring for others, and it was no surprise why I chose to dive into health care. It humbles me and gives me so much gratitude to be able to help those in need every day. I love what I do, and my only hope is to continue to grow in my line of work for all those I provide care for.

• Monitor FirstTrax daily for clinics and pharmacies requestInc Magellan coverage for patients
• Enroll and renew qualified patients into patient assistance program to grant full coverage for prescribed medications 
• Technical support and troubleshoot/assist providers submit Prior Authorization Requests
• Assist with Audits and contacting pharmacies for Chargebacks/Claim Reversals 

Med-Plus Pharmacy LTC, Covina CA.                               September 2019-June 2021

• Schedule and maintain daily QS1 workflow 
• Prepare, package, and apply proper auxiliary labels for all orders on a timely and efficient basis
• Responsible for filling bull products (CYCLE), blister pack, sorting new orders, staging deliveries and filling controlled medications (C2)
• Manage DOSIS machine, troubleshoot error alerts, replenish canisters, and order medications accordingly when PAR levels are met
