I am a results‑driven operations leader with over 20 years of experience managing cross‑functional teams, primarily within specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical program operations. I excel in program management, people leadership, operational process oversight, and driving quality and efficiency improvements.

In my current role as a Pharma Ops Program Manager, I serve as the subject matter expert for the Neurocrine/Ingrezza contract. I ensure contractual and HIPAA compliance, oversee referral and order workflows, manage and resolve program‑related inquiries, and lead internal audits. I also collaborate closely with internal and external partners and have implemented improvements in reporting, data mapping, and service delivery through active participation in contract reviews and amendments.

Previously, as a Supervisor across multiple departments at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy—including Therapy Management, Enterprise Triage, and Order Processing—I led large teams in high‑volume environments, developed and coached team members, optimized workflows, and spearheaded key initiatives such as major software integrations and the development of training programs. I consistently focused on improving quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
