**Required: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Patient intake.
- Handling phone calls and making appointments for patients.
- Greeting patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner.
- Making patients feel comfortable.
- Recognizing patients' concerns and explaining treatment procedures.
- Documenting and recording patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Working with team members to ensure that office procedures are followed correctly.
