Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians and nurses in the examination and treatment of patients
• Perform various clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, recording patient history, and preparing patients for procedures
• Conduct basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for testing
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA, RMA)
• Proficiency in medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy medical setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
