    The IT Technician will provide overall IT assistance and support to all levels of employees, as well as other IT team members.

    • Will provide support or incoming queries and issues related to MAC and PC computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Provide AV/Conferencing support in meeting rooms
    • Will perform help desk support, including:
      • Walk-in management
      • Ticket assignments and follow up
      • Answer the help desk phone.
    • Maintains daily performance of computer systems and image new computers.
    • Additional responsibilities include helping other team members with AV/phone/other IT
    • Other duties as assigned*

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience required
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Experience with Mac OS and Windows 10/11
    • Experience troubleshooting AV/Conferencing systems
    • Experience with AD, Jamf, end-point management preferred

    The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience and qualifications.
