Potential start date - 1st week of May '24

Skills - L1-L2 Desk Side Support with Trading floor or Institutional Banking support experience (min 2 years+)

This is a long-term assignment, at least 12-18 months and beyond.

Regards to apps and skills - mid level experience in Win10 OS, MS Teams, MS 365 products, iPhone basics, Wyse Terminal - Thin clients, basic and clear understanding of virtualization & VDI (theory only), hands on experience in A/V equipment to probe any faults (L0 and L1 only, and non L2), laptop desktop build(OS & compliance) and basic troubleshooting.

He/she will be part of a larger team. Operational, generic and process trainings will be provided.
