Description

Sirus is looking for select individuals to join our team of highly capable engineers to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot the infrastructure for our portfolio of long standing customers.

You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.

Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.


Skills Required:

• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Workstation based environments.
• Experience with deployment, configuration and of common desktop apps.
• Setup and configuration of common end user devices such as scanners and printers.
• Experience in identification and remediation of virus issues.
• Experience with Windows Server (AD,Exchange) would be a plus.
• Basic Network Configuration & Management
• Wifi and Wired would be a plus.
• Basic firewall setup & maintenance would be a plus.

Abilities

• Proven track record of completing tasks in a manor that results in high customer satisfaction.
• History of solid follow through and organization.
• This would be a customer facing role, so good communication skills are mandatory.

Additional Information

• Position would be a combination of remote, customer on site (Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Holland, Grand Haven) and office work.
• Full time, Monday to Friday.
• Job would be primarily during office hours, with occasional off hours or weekend work required.
• Position would include serving as a resource to the larger overall team in areas of expertise, and primary point of contact for subset of assigned accounts.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
