    Description
    HRC Total Solutions, LLC is a third-party administrator of pre-tax benefit accounts and COBRA. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Account manager to join our Client Relations Team
    Overview

    As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of clients and serving as their primary point of contact.

    You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

    This role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and a passion for delivering results
    This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
    *Training onsite, with option to work remote, hybrid or onsite after
    Requires travel in New England area, no overnights.
    The rate of pay for this position is $19.00-$20.00/hour

    Responsibilities:
    Serves as the primary contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
    Develops and maintains strong relationships with point of contacts within client organizations
    Collaborates with Account Administrator to process Client service agreements and renewal documents
    Collaborates with Account Administrator and other departments to answer inquiries and resolve issues from Brokers/POC's via phone and e-mail
    Processes and researches cases and inquiries in Client Relations Queue
    Assists with overflow of Customer Service call queue
    Educates the Client's employees about plan options via verbal and/or multi-media presentations
    Travels to and conducts employee education meetings at client sites (Virtual webinars are currently requested more often, but there is still the option for in-person presentations)
    Travel required if requested (reliable transportation required)
    Travel occurs 0-30% during months of November-January, all other months 0-10% (Virtual webinars are requested more often, but there is still the option for in-person presentations)
    Travel occurs in the New England area, no overnight travel

    Experience/Skills:
    Ability to speak confidently and professionally in front of a large audience
    Ability to travel within the New England area (No overnight travel)
    Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Strong initiative and resourcefulness
    Ability to learn the plans and IRS regulations
    Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software
