Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in developing and executing portfolio and marketing strategies for our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with focus on generics an added advantage, proven experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns complimented with knowledge of therapies and sales and distribution channel.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for the portfolio as well as individual pharmaceutical products.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate market share opportunities and execute strategies to gain market share.
Identify and implement product strategies for different trade channels and classes of trade based on utilization and consumption of products and portfolio.
Understand and analyze impact of payors and reimbursement
Identify and position products across all trade channels and customer segments
Develop and manage marketing budgets and product launch plan.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Monitor and track competitive intelligence, market landscape and product performance to continually optimize plans to meet forecasts.
Gain market and competitive insights from market research, customers and field-based personnel and management for communication tools and messaging development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in sciences or pharmacy with aptitude towards analytics and marketing
3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of marketing regulations and compliance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
