Posting Summary
- Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Marketing Manager for the New Brunswick Summer & Winter Sessions department.
- Develops and executes a variety of marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation, and enrollment of Office of Summer and Winter Sessions at Rutgers-NB.
- Develops and implements strategic communications and marketing strategies for the office (Summer Session, Winter Session, Pre-College Programs)
- Creates, schedules, and manages production of print and digital advertising, media, and publications.
- Develops, implements, and monitors marketing campaigns for optimization.
- Oversees marketing outreach and events.
- Tackles assignments with creativity, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Accomplishes stated goals within budget and on time.

Minimum Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in related field such as Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of job experience and education.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience. Twothree of the five years required should include experience in Marketing in Higher Education.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of twothree years of experience in digital and print advertising and data collection and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak in front of an audience.
- Ability to customize website platforms.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadline driven, studentfocused environment.
- Ability to skillfully and professionally handle multiple shifting priorities and deadlines.
Equipment Utilized
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Canva Online Design Software.
- Micrisoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Social Media Scheduling Software.
- Constant Contact, Salesforce, Pardot, Drupal, and video production and editing experience.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must be available for special weekend and/or evening events.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
