Signs By the Sea is a wholesale B2B supplier of wood gifts, awards and products to the golf industry. We make all of our wood products out of our Wall Township location.

The position we have available is for a marketing manager to work with the owners. We need someone who is reliable, fast worker, with a strong attention to detail. Someone who can 'get it' quickly and take initiative and ownership of this role.


You will:

Qualifications:

• Strong background in marketing
• Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing strategies
• Understanding of B2B marketing and marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with performance marketing and ecommerce platforms
• Ability to work with Shopify
• Strong research and copywriting skills
• Experience with Facebook Advertising and sales techniques
• Knowledge of product management and budgeting processes
• Handle everything for Instagram, Launch and grow TikTok, Twitter, & Facebook accounts. Plan out, create/produce and implement social media campaigns

- improve our existing marketing to customer base.
- write, oversee all collateral materials including product catalogs

Identify and create additional collateral marketing materials for independent sales force.
- product photos and social video
- track sales by territory and impact of all marketing

This is a very hands-on position - we expect this person to be able to see the high-level brand strategy and also actually do the work.

You will need to come by our office on a regular basis for photos/videos etc.
