Job Summary

The UGN-102 Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and management of marketing materials for UGN-102, in preparation for the launch.

This individual will also be responsible for the PARC process for the brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of brand promotion. Tactics will include MCM, field force and nonpersonal materials.
Provide market research support.
Work with agencies to help execute strategic plans, implementation and pull through.
Lead PARC review and approval process for all internal and external promotional materials for the brand.
Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization on the development of materials.
Function as an integrated member of the core commercial team for UGN102, supporting multiple efforts, projects and workstreams.
Estimated 20% travel.

List of qualifications:

25 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry, sales and vendor management experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree required.
Previous marketing experience required.
Must be collaborative, flexible, and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work across a dynamic crossfunctional team.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
