Job Summary
The UGN-102 Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and management of marketing materials for UGN-102, in preparation for the launch.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand promotion. Tactics will include MCM, field force and nonpersonal materials.
- Provide market research support.
- Work with agencies to help execute strategic plans, implementation and pull through.
- Lead PARC review and approval process for all internal and external promotional materials for the brand.
- Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization on the development of materials.
- Function as an integrated member of the core commercial team for UGN102, supporting multiple efforts, projects and workstreams.
- Estimated 20% travel.
List of qualifications:
- 25 years in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry, sales and vendor management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Previous marketing experience required.
- Must be collaborative, flexible, and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work across a dynamic crossfunctional team.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
