DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversee and manage all aspects of marketing/branding initiatives and campaigns with a strong emphasis and focus on social media platforms and community marketing.
  • Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and implement meaningful adjustments to support desired outcomes.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify areas of improvement.
  • Design, create, and proof all digital marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement a robust patient referral source pipeline and utilize data to optimize marketing channels and outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement effective recruitment initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives as required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3+ years in a Marketing management position
  • Creative and forwardthinking
  • Exceptional ability to turn ideas into reality
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to propose strategic ideas and solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
