Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of marketing/branding initiatives and campaigns with a strong emphasis and focus on social media platforms and community marketing.
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and implement meaningful adjustments to support desired outcomes.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify areas of improvement.
- Design, create, and proof all digital marketing materials.
- Develop and implement a robust patient referral source pipeline and utilize data to optimize marketing channels and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to implement effective recruitment initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives as required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum 3+ years in a Marketing management position
- Creative and forwardthinking
- Exceptional ability to turn ideas into reality
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to propose strategic ideas and solutions
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
