    Your Opportunity:
    Taylor Corporation is looking for an

    Associate Digital Marketing Manager .

    Your Responsibilities:
    Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes across brands
    Assist in the execution of campaigns and creation of journeys in Marketing Cloud, consisting of Automation Studio (SQL), automation rules, creation of audiences and data extensions and field management
    Interpret and implement digital best practices for email/marketing automation, data hygiene, and segmentation
    Analyze, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel
    Provide internal consultation on Marketing Cloud capabilities and marketing automation strategies
    Help develop project timelines, schedule kick-offs, and manage projects day-to-day through completion
    Provide support for Account Engagement campaigns as needed


    You Must Have:
    2+ years working in a digital marketing-driven role, digital marketing experience required
    Experience with Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement)
    Experience measuring impact and value of campaigns and touches, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns effectively
    Knowledge of SQL required
    Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
