Digital Marketing Manager
Reports to:
Executive Vice President
Summary of Position:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's revenue and traffic driving goals.
- Review marketing calendar of events, ensuring timely production & distribution of all content, digital assets needed for social media and website.
- Regularly attend daily/nightly operations taking videos and photography ensuring timely editing and posting to social channels
- Regularly monitor, maintain and update our website and all thirdparty partner sites.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and access against goals & return on investment.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and/or partners, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Remain relevant with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Regularly works nights and late hours ensuring proper content is created and campaigns are being supported.
Qualifications:
- Be 21 years of age.
- Must pass a background check.
- Demonstrates history of success in driving website traffic, increasing social media engagement, and generating leads or conversions through digital channels
- Restaurant / nightclub experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, smoke, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English. (Bilingual Spanish a plus).
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 50 pounds.
- Projected weekly hours 2pm/3pm to 1:30am (Must have the stamina to work 50+ hrs a week)
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from fouryear college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced in managing social media accounts, running paid advertising campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance metrics
- Proficient in website development software: WordPress, Elementor and others
- Competent skills in digital design
Pay:
$54, $61,279.00 per year
