    is hiring a Marketing Manager to organize, enhance, and deploy our current initiatives; executing on Janover's growth and communication strategies in a very fast-paced, high-performance environment.

    You will be a data-driven expert that specializes in performance marketing, qualified lead generation, cross-platform strategies, and CRO. As a T-Shaped Marketer you will be running across all strategies. Your job will be to directly drive our revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition strategies across product lines. You will also analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns and obsessively recalibrate.

    In the short term, you will report directly to the Chairman & CEO, and in the long term, you will have the opportunity to grow within our organization.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Reduce acquisition costs and increase qualified lead flow, obsessively tracking CPAs and costs per SQL, Opps, etc. through the funnel
    Conversion & Traffic Analytics and Optimization

    Stand up traditional media strategies (which you have experience with) including direct mail, and possibly radio, TV, billboards, print, and remnant.

    Digital, internet, and email marketing; including messaging.
    Set strategy for paid ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google
    Guide content strategy and social media marketing
    Work with our existing team, including using Fiverr and Upwork to hire the best freelance resources as budget allows.

    Work within a very tight budget (and manage that budget) subject to your ability to clearly correlate profitable revenue with ads.

    Manage our HubSpot marketing automations and beyond.
    Introduce the tools we need to run a successful, streamlined, marketing and customer acquisition organization.
    Experience

    5 years (preferably 10) of experience as a digital marketing star contributor and growth hacker
    Sound understanding of SEO/SEM
    Data-driven approach to all marketing (someone who actually is very good at data)
    Agile mentality of many measurable experiments and MVPs out the door regularly
    Copywriting, PR, social media, and effective email marketing including managing the reputation of our domains
    You regularly use ChatGPT, Bard, and similar applications and if we're lucky, have used their APIs extensively
    Bonus Experience

    HubSpot experience is a plus
    Commercial Real Estate

    experience would be cool, and if not, some

    residential real estate

    experience preferred
    Helpful if you've got OpenAI or LLM automation experience
    Budget and remote team management
