    About the Role

    The Manager of Marketing holds ultimate responsibility for F.I.R.S.T. Institute's marketing activities and oversees the development and delivering a fully integrated marketing strategy for the school.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    Development and implementation of the brand strategy
    Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing programs
    Overseeing marketing strategy implementation - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
    Working closely with the school's Admissions team, enabling them to meet their enrollment objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
    Guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
    Ensuring that the marketing team implements the marketing objectives
    Work closely with the educational management team to define marketing materials?and programs
    Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media?reputation and recognition
    Developing, delivering, and managing marketing, advertising, and communications strategies for the organization from start to finish
    Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends
    Researching demand for our products and services
    Competitor research
    Identifying potential students and how to reach them
    Understanding and developing marketing budgets that can meet the enrollment goals set by the institution
    Building brand awareness and positioning
    Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
    Other Duties


    Due to the forever-changing environment in the marketing field, other duties and responsibilities can be assigned as needed by leadership to achieve enrollment goals and retainment requirements for students.

    Recommended Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing OR equivalent experience of success in mid-senior level marketing roles
    A confident, driven, and dynamic leader
    Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
    Experience in video production, photography, and or graphic design.
    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
    Must be able to physically access and navigate each department at our facility.
    The salary range for this role is $75 - $85 annually.
