Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) for immediate positions in Andover, MA. Quickly apply by sending your resume to:

Job Position Overview: As a COTA or OT with our team in Andover, MA, you will have the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 55 students in grades K-5. Therapy services will focus on providing direct support to students, with no evaluations required. Travel time will be paid for all therapists.

Job Caseload Details:

Grades K-5
Approximately 55 students
Therapy services only, no evaluations required

Job Requirements:

Active state license in Occupational Therapy (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-5
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student success
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Attend team meetings and communicate effectively with team members
Ensure compliance with state regulations and guidelines for therapy services
