Downer Brothers Landscaping, Inc. is a full-service landscaping company looking for a Lawn Care Specialist to join our team


Duties and Responsibilities

• Completes turfcare related tasks including lawn aeration and overseeding.
• Administers correct handling, transporting, storage and disposal procedures for chemicals.
• Evaluates landscape & lawn heath care needs at each client site.
• Interacts respectfully with clients onsite as needed. Resolves issues or recommends services to improve lawn condition.
• Flexes work schedule as business demands.
• Follows all safety and PPE protocols.
• Reports to work on time each day, identifies and suggests job improvements, and strives for excellent quality.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Snow & Ice Opportunities:

Experience

• 3+ years lawn care experience
• Experience operating machinery and equipment
• Valid MA pesticide license
• Valid MA driver's license
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
