Little Learners Childcare is looking to hire a teacher for their Preschool room.

Responsibilities for Preschool Teacher

  • Provide a safe and loving environment for the Preschoolers in his/her care
  • Change diapers as needed
  • Provide an appropriate and educational curriculum
  • Communicate with parents
  • Create areas in the classroom that promotes learning
  • Work with a team
  • Needs to be responsible and reliable
Qualifications for Toddler Teacher

  • Completion of the Early Childhood courses as designed by the state Child Care Authority
  • Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • A caring individual who enjoys teaching young children
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Extended periods sitting on the floor
  • Ability to work a shift in between 7 am 5:30 pm that changes weekly
  • Reliable transportation to the Child Care center
  • Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents
