    • Assist with all varying levels of communication for the property. Open the office daily and assist all who enter. Maintain a Daily log for all who come to the management office and assist staff, management personnel, maintenance reps, vendors, residents, guests, and emergency personnel in finding their way to the intended destination.
    • Open office daily, Monday to Friday
    • Answer all calls that are inbound to the management office
    • Meet and greet all of those people who enter the office; direct them to Sign In
    • Check the answering machine daily
    • Check Drop Boxes daily
    • Answering calls that come into the main office phone line and route where they need to go
    • Transfer the calls to the appropriate party
    • Get messages and appointments to the office staff, maintenance workers, and security staff
    • Call unit owners as needed to relay emergency situations and any needed follow-up
    • Read and respond to emails regarding day-to-day
    • Address any unit owner in need of work orders requiring Association responsibility to repair
    • Report any violations on the property
