Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. This will be a temporary to hire permanently position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and other documents as needed
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for company
  • Maintain organized files and documentation systems
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members if needed
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in file management and record keeping
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type:
Temp-to-hire


Pay:
$ $16.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
