Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our company. This will be a temporary to hire permanently position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe meeting minutes, memos, and other documents as needed
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for company
- Maintain organized files and documentation systems
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members if needed
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type:

$ $16.50 per hour
