Imperial Privacy Systems is looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.We are a Pompano Beach based manufacturer focused on the healthcare industry and have been in business for over 50 years.
This role will be responsible for assisting the management and operations team with a variety of administrative tasks.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer phones in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Serve customers by providing product and pricing information and resolving problems.
- Opens new customer accounts by recording account information.
- Process purchase orders and enter accurate information into data management software.
- Provide support to other team members including shipping and operations as required.
- Assist with accountingrelated data entry.
- Troubleshoot shipping related issues and delays.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize daily office tasks and arrange for product samples to be shipped to customers.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 18 months of customer service or administrative support experience.
Associate degree level education or equivalent experience.
Track record of dependability in attending work regularly.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with our customers.
Track record of being a solid team player and approaching the job with a positive attitude.
Demonstrated experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously without errors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year
