    The Marketing team at IQVIA Digital Enablement Center of Excellence is a dynamic, collaborative, and results-driven group responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.

    Our mission is to drive brand awareness, generate leads, enable sales teams, and support revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and tactics.


    The Associate Director of Marketing, Provider Vertical, will plan and implement innovative and successful marketing strategies to facilitate engagements with leaders and decision makers within hospitals and health systems.

    The individual in this role will be responsible for developing a vertical-specific marketing strategy aligned to business, sales and product goals that integrates message, content, tactics, and channels, and is tailored to the unique needs of hospital marketers, business development strategists, and others.

    They should be skilled in lead generation, demand generation, content strategy and development, events, and retention marketing.

    Our ideal candidate is someone with a background in B2B healthcare marketing and demonstrated success in enabling sales teams and positively impacting business outcomes.

    This role will partner closely with the marketing team, sales leadership and provider commercial strategy. This position reports to the Digital Enablement COE Marketing Lead.

    Essential Functions:


    Develop, lead, and implement the marketing strategy for the Provider vertical within IQVIA's Digital Enablement COE, aligned to the business strategy, and with an emphasis on thought leadership, industry events and activities, marketing campaigns, product marketing, and sales support and enablement.

    Own content strategy and manage the identification, development, review, trafficking, publication, and promotion of Provider content, in collaboration with subject matter experts and sales leadership.


    Assets include but are not limited to:
    eBooks, blogs, fact sheets, client presentations, POV papers, client guides, etc.

    Plan and execute a thought leadership strategy, aligned to overall COE thought leadership and specific to the Provider audience; identify and seek out relevant, timely topics.

    Own the identification, management and execution of Provider conferences and speaking sessions.
    Serves as offerings expert for the customer and sales organization, and may support client meetings.
    Partner with the Provider Commercial Strategy Lead to define Provider positioning and key messages; market research; and market intelligence.
    Identify opportunities for strategic alignment with other lines of business reaching Provider audiences, and collaborate with the associated teams.
    Establish regular channel reporting and analysis that will uncover insights and drive recommendations that enable continuous program optimization.
    Collaborate within the marketing team on projects as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
    Minimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience; experience marketing within the healthcare industry required
    Outstanding writing and editing skills with ability to write for different audiences, using different formats and channels
    Strong stakeholder management skills
    Deep knowledge of and experience with digital marketing channels
    Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities and ability to deal with ambiguity
    Ability to work, collaborate and integrate with team members located in different geographic locations

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $109, $187, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

    Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
