Responsibilities

• Independently provides support to the staff and management team.
• Lead and support the organization of all company meetings and events; follow through to a successful conclusion.
• Provide support to traveling employees through thirdparty coordinators.
• Provide background customer support internally for all employees and externally for customers, welcome visitors, and direct them to the proper persons or departments.
• Establish, organize, and maintain files and records of a confidential nature.
• Keep track of and manage various employeerelated systems.
• Keep office facility maintained by contacting the appropriate service.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute to our Exton, PA headquarters. An inoffice presence is required.
• Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Able to prioritize tasks, understand timelines, and have a sense of urgency; create solutions for simple and complex problems.
• Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Be accountable and take ownership of all assignments.
• Be a good verbal and written interpersonal communicator.
• Able to work effectively as a team member, collaborate appropriately, and work independently.
• Able to adapt to a fastchanging environment and prioritize changes.
• This position is an inoffice parttime with a flexible schedule
