The Boeing Company is seeking a
Support Integration Specialist to join the Cargo Vertical Lift Sustainment team responsible for the Integrated Product Support activities related to the CH-47 Chinook

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including;
Experienced or Senior - Support Integration Specialists


In this role, you will establish support requirements and definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans.

You will also coordinate and gather data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts.

The Support Integration Specialist also develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current.

You will conduct presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs. Also, you will review program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.


Position Responsibilities

  • Leads in the development of support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that requires inputs from multiple product support elements
  • Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure
  • Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions
  • Manages Risks, Issues and Opportunity development and resolution
  • Leads the technical integration of followon support proposals.
  • Supports baseline management for program support products.

This position must meet Export Control
compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years Project Management
  • 3+ years proposal development
  • 3+ years analyzing technical data
  • 3+ years with continuous process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skill/Experience)

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years' experience with EVM

Typical Education/Experience:


Experienced (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)


Senior (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
