Key Job Responsibilities

Expand Ignition CX's Client Base: We seek a skilled hunter with a track record of acquiring new clients.

Analyze Customer Needs and Create Solutions: Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

Cultivate Strong Relationships with Partners and Vendors: Strengthen partnerships to enhance business opportunities.

Explore New Verticals and Develop Strategies: Investigate untapped markets and devise plans for growth.

Leverage Market Knowledge and Competitor Insights: Understand industry trends and competitors to inform decision-making.

Execute Growth Strategies: Implement plans to expand the client base, increase revenue, and achieve strategic goals.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with teams to execute new business initiatives.

Implement Effective Marketing Strategies: Promote and differentiate the company's products and services.

Provide Strategic Guidance to Executives: Advise on business trends and new service/product development.

Experience:


  • Business development: 7 years (preferred)
  • Sales: 3 years in Telecommunications, Home Services and/or CX industries (preferred)
  • A proven track record on achieving new business client growth.
