    Job DescriptionSr Account Executives (2) - Construction Industry Software - East Coast

    Our client is an Award-Winning, leader in the Construction Software Space selling to large General Contractors ($500M & Up). They have an outstanding platform that uses the latest in AI technology. They are setting the standard for large General Contractors in Efficiency, Productivity and Ensuring Projects are On Time & On Budget

    They are looking for candidates who have (5+) years of Construction Software Sales Experience and have called on General Contractors that are $500M+ companies If you have relationships w/ Construction Executives that is a huge Plus+. We have (1) AE position in the Northeast and (1) position in the Southeast (see below).

    Compensation is ($140K-$175K+ Base (DOE), $280K-$350K+ OTE + No Cap + Bonuses + 45K Stock Options + Great Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match) + Strong Vacation Plan + Sick Days. This is a remote, home-office position in the Northeast & Southeast + a 4-Year College Degree (Preferred).

    If you have been successful selling Construction Software to $500M+ & Up General Contractors with companies like Autodesk Construction, Doxel, Procore, Oracle Aconex, Fieldwire, Touchplan, BusyBusy, HCSS, Newforma PIM, Matterport, Assemble, etc. and their competitors, we want to speak with you

    What You Have:
    • Must Have years of Successful Sales Experience in the Construction Software space calling on $500M & Up GC's.
    • Consistent Record of Exceeding $1M Quotas.
    • Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career. Relationships w/ Construction Executives is a Huge Plus+
    • Construction Software Sales experience selling into General Contractors of $500M & Up
    • Relationship Builder who has been Successful
    • Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
    • Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
    • Excellent Presentation Skills.
    • Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Big Plus+.
    • Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
    • 4-Year College Degree (Preferred).
    • Personable, Fun to be Around & Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously
